Job Description: We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled Beauty Salon Director / Certified Senior Beauty Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience providing beauty services to both local and international clients in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional beauty services, including but not limited to:
  Eyebrow embroidery (semi-permanent makeup, embroidary art.)
  Eyelash extensions (classic, volume, hybrid)
  Facial waxing
  Bridal and general makeup services.
• Nail art.
• Consult and communicate effectively with clients, especially Japanese and English-speaking customers
• Provide beauty consultations and customized treatment plans
• Supervise and support daily salon operations
• Ensure high standards of hygiene, service quality, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Must be Singaporean
• Minimum 10 years of relevant hands-on experience
• Fluent in English and Japanese (written and spoken)
• Ability to speak Chinese or other languages is an advantage
• Professional certification in beauty services is required
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong understanding of beauty trends and customer service excellence
• Flexible to travel overseas to attend beauty conventions, seminars and manufacturers and suppliers meetings and bring in new business opportunities/contracts to Singapore.
