Small Talk - Ambassador

To represent Small Talks: Building a Resilient SG in their town, gather community interest, organize local sessions, and guide participants from inspiration to transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

• Host and facilitate Small Talks Resilient Series gatherings (small-group sessions, 10–30 pax).
• Recruit attendees through local outreach, social media, schools, CCs,etc.
• Share curated “Resilience Stories” (content provided/trained).
• Collect feedback and support content improvement with HQ.
• Offer referral to Personal Transformation Consultation sessions.
• Act as the bridge between participants and HQ for personal consultations, follow-ups, or upsells (e.g., workshops, books, wellness products).
• Inspire local storytelling culture.

Requirements :

• Passionate about personal development, community building, and storytelling.
• Able to engage and lead small groups in conversational settings.
• Respected or well-connected within the local community.
• Basic digital literacy (WhatsApp, email, Google Forms).
• Aged 21+, from any background (housewives, retirees, students, even ex-offenders who turned their lives around are welcome).
