Process/Lab Technician (Chemical/MNC Company)

Responsibilities :

• Operate, monitor, and maintain chemical process equipment including pumps, valves, reactors, distillation columns, and heat exchangers.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety guidelines, and production targets.
• Record operational data such as temperatures, pressures, flow rates, and chemical levels.
• Detect and troubleshoot process irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
• Assist in product sampling and quality control procedures.
• Support maintenance activities by preparing equipment for repair and collaborating with maintenance personnel.
• Assist in startup, shutdown, and emergency procedures.
• Ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Relevant studies in Chemical Engineering, Process Technology, Industrial Chemistry, or a related field.
• Experience in a chemical, petrochemical, or industrial processing environment preferred
• Knowledge of process operations and safety protocols.
