Job Scope:
- Handle general administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Support customer service team in attending to enquiries via phone or email
- Coordinate with logistics team on delivery schedules and shipment arrangements
- Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and shipping documents
- Update inventory or order records in system
- Liaise with internal departments and external vendors for smooth daily operations
- Assist in generating reports and maintaining proper filing systems
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum O-Level / N-Level / Diploma in any field
- 1–2 years of admin or customer service experience preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Good communication and coordination skills
