Proposal Engineer / Electrical / East

Job Responsibilities:

• Review customer inquiries, RFQs, and technical specifications and conduct site survey to identify project requirements.
• Develop technically viable solutions using client’s products, systems, and services such as DCS, PLC, SCADA, SIS (Safety Instrumented System), etc.
• Prepare comprehensive proposal documents, including Technical Description, System
• Architecture Diagram, Bill of Materials, Price Summary, Delivery Schedules, Terms and Conditions, etc. for proposal submission and customer understanding.
• Liaise with internal teams (product marketing, project, service, procurement, etc.) and external suppliers to estimate cost, delivery timelines, and risks.
• Prepare and participate in internal technical and cost reviews to validate, optimize, and get management approval before proposal submission.
• Support the Sales Account Managers by addressing technical questions and clarifications from customers during the proposal stage.
