Accounts Receivable, AR Specialist (SAP, Japanese) - West MNC, WFH

Our client is a well-established MNC. They are looking for a AR Specialist (Accounts Receivable, SAP) to assist their team for the next phase of their business with Hybrid arrangement. They are located in the West area – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Hands on experience with AR collections with maintaining good relationships with clients
• Manage billing, payment processing, and ensure all receipts are properly recorded and reconciled with bank statements.
• Prepare regular reports on unbilled amounts and overdue receivables, and support month-end closing activities.
• Follow up on collections, overdue payments, and sales commission payments.
• Resolve customer payment issues, while ensuring compliance.
• Review and approve blocked orders based on credit policies, and communicate with sales management on credit terms.
• All other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant AR experience
• Japanese Speaking is an advantage to liaise with Japanese counterparts
