SALES SUPPORT – PERMANENT PART-TIME

Position Overview:
We are looking for a committed and detail-oriented individual to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Update sample itineraries for our website – tour package, golf package, group travel.
- Assist the manager in preparing customer quotation using standard templates.
- Perform data entry for customer information, group tour listing and operations document.
- Support the MD on ad-hoc task, marketing work, and promotional campaign.
Experience & Skills:
- Relevant work experience in a Singapore’s licensed travel companies
- Proficiency in desktop computer, hands on in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Able to read and type in Mandarin (to handle Chinese itinerary content)

Work Location:
111 North Bridge Road, #02-15 Peninsula Plaza, Singapore 179098
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday : 1:00pm to 5:15pm includes a 15-minute break
Remuneration:
Entry Salary : commensurate with experience and skills
Confirmation Salary : commensurate with performance and values
