Hiring: Product Design Manager (Structure & Carpentry)

Location: Singapore

Annual Leave: 7 days per year

Salary: 4000-7000 Manager + performance bonus

We are looking for a Product Design Manager specializing in high-end structural and modular carpentry. This is a leadership role requiring a balance of creativity, technical expertise, and management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead high-end product design for structural and modular carpentry.

• Oversee design, prototyping, and production to ensure top-tier quality.

• Manage a team of designers and craftsmen, ensuring efficiency and innovation.

• Collaborate with logistics and production teams to streamline supply chain and manufacturing processes.

• Ensure designs are functional, aesthetic, and cost-effective while maintaining premium quality.

• Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate new materials, automation, and design techniques.
  

Requirements:

• Strong experience in high-end carpentry & structure design.

• Proven leadership skills; able to manage and mentor a team.

• Expertise in modular carpentry & furniture production.

• Familiarity with logistics and supply chain management.

• Hands-on experience with technical drawings, 3D modeling, and production methods.

• Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and execution-driven.
