The Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications, this is a hands-on role for a resourceful and energetic Integrated Marketing Executive. You’ll play a vital part in strengthening SSIA’s brand visibility, community engagement, and marketing execution, from managing digital platforms and the website, to amplifying our brand voice across channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Integrated Strategic Marketing: Plan and execute integrated marketing and communications campaigns across digital, print and events to enhance our brand presence and support key initiatives.
- Content Development: Produce captivating and coherent content across digital channels, including websites, blogs, social media, press releases, and podcasts, while upholding a consistent and strong brand voice.
- Custodian of Voice, SSIA’s quarterly publication: Curate compelling content that showcases key insights, emerging developments, and voices across the industry ecosystem. Repurpose content strategically across social media, events, and other channels to maximise reach and engagement.
- Digital and Social Media Management: Manage SSIA’s presence across LinkedIn, Instagram and YouTube, and other digital platforms to drive community engagement. Plan content calendars, schedule posts, and monitor performance.
- Website Management: Manage, maintain and update the SSIA website to ensure engaging, and up-to-date content. Work with web developers and content contributors to enhance user experience and functionality.
- Event Management and Promotion: Actively contribute to the planning and execution of promotional events, encompassing both traditional and digital channels, to maximise impact and success.
- Public & Media Relations: Support the preparation of press materials, media outreach, and media partner coordination. Assist in managing media responses and proactive storytelling opportunities.
- Dynamic Community Engagement: Build and nurture a dynamic community relationship with industry partners and the broader ecosystem. Work and manage external vendors, creative agencies and collaborators to ensure effective and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Performance Insights and Analytics: Evaluate campaign effectiveness, gather feedback and leverage key metrics to refine and advance marketing content, channels and engagement strategies.
- Budget Tracking: Assist in preparing marketing budgets and track expenditures across campaigns and vendors.
- Communication Maestro: Good written and verbal communication skills, capable of engaging various audiences and building strong relationships.
- Creative Spark: An innovator at heart, able to bring fresh, out-of-the-box ideas and solutions to the forefront.
- Proactive Problem Solver: A self-motivated individual who approaches challenges positively and excels in managing projects independently.
- Team Player: Demonstrates effective collaboration within team settings, sharing knowledge and working collectively towards common goals.
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Relevant Experience: At least 2 years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably with a keen interest in the semiconductor industry. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply too.
- Tech Savvy: Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.) and a solid grasp of digital marketing tools.
- Bonus Skill: Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) is an advantageous addition.
