Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls/faxes/e-mails on customers’ enquiries, complaints & discrepancies.
- Liaise with vendors and internal departments to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery deadlines.
- Prepare quotations and proforma invoices. Perform other admin duties
Requirements:
- At least GCE “N” levels or equivalent
- At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service
- Bilingual in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with internal and external customers from China
- Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word
- Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
