Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming calls/faxes/e-mails on customers’ enquiries, complaints & discrepancies.
  • Liaise with vendors and internal departments to check availability of stock, pricing and delivery deadlines.
  • Prepare quotations and proforma invoices.
  • Perform other admin duties


Requirements:

  • At least GCE “N” levels or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years working experience in customer service
  • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin so as to communicate with internal and external customers from China
  • Pleasant personality and customer service oriented
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Proficient in MS Excel and Word
  • Knowledge on JD Edwards will be an added advantage
