Qualifications & experience

  • Min Qualification Diploma/NITEC
  • 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PPT)
  • Has a strong numerical aptitude and can comfortably handle tasks involving numbers
  • Advanced communication skills in Mandarin is required
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Able to work independently


Tasks & responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support
  • Prepare purchase order, delivery order, sales order, tax invoices and other documents
  • Handle internal & external co-ordination of purchase order
  • Assist in purchasing and liaise with suppliers & customers for delivery schedule
  • Responsible for receiving and dispatching of stocks
  • Handling of simple accounts
  • Other ad-hoc duties
