What Will You Do?
Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations including scheduling, supplies, and vendor management
- Maintain up-to-date records, files, and shared documents
- Support HR admin tasks for team members and volunteers (attendance, leave tracking)
- Manage petty cash and raise invoices
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, staff events, and internal communications
Programme Coordination
- Assist in the planning and delivery of programmes, workshops, and events
- Maintain programme calendars and coordinate with facilitators and participants
- Track attendance, feedback, and outcomes to support reporting and improvement
- Liaise with external partners, participants, and volunteers to ensure smooth programme execution
Communication & Reporting
- Draft professional emails, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
- Keep programme dashboards and operational trackers updated
- Contribute to social media posts and newsletters
What You Bring
- Diploma in any discipline
- 2 years of experience in admin, ops, or programme support
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office; experience with Trello or Asana is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks independently
