SUPERVISOR

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of assigned staff or workers
• Ensure all work is performed according to safety guidelines, quality standards, and deadlines
• Delegate tasks and monitor progress to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve minor issues and escalate complex problems to the Manager
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records
• Monitor equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance where applicable
• Enforce company policies and procedures among staff
• Support continuous improvement efforts in productivity and workplace efficiency
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
