Transport Executive

Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Transport Executive:

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, allocation, and scheduling of transport or delivery orders.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient execution of transport operations.
• Monitor and ensure that transport activities meet predefined service standards and performance indicators.
• Maintain transport-related data for reporting and present key operational insights to the department manager for review.
• Identify and follow up on any operational issues or service shortfalls.
• Support the team in ad-hoc tasks and assigned logistics projects as required.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics Management, Transportation, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of import/export and local trucking order workflows is an advantage.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Independent, resourceful, and able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to continuously learn and improve.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
• Service-oriented mindset with good communication skills.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + VB (1 - 1.5 Months)
• Working Location: Jurong Island
• Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8am to 5.45pm (Mondays to Fridays)
