As the Human Capital Executive , you will be responsible for leading and transforming the human resources and talent management strategy within the organization. You will work closely with the executive leadership team to align human capital initiatives with organizational objectives, drive employee engagement, and foster a high-performance culture. Your leadership will ensure that the organization attracts, develops, retains, and motivates top-tier talent to meet current and future business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition and Recruitment:
- Lead the development and execution of long-term recruitment strategies to attract top executive and managerial talent aligned with organizational growth and transformation goals.
- Oversee the full-cycle recruitment process, ensuring high-quality talent acquisition, and work closely with senior leaders to align hiring strategies with business objectives.
- Leverage data and market insights to optimize recruitment practices and enhance the employer brand.
Executive Onboarding and Integration:
- Champion a high-touch, personalized onboarding experience for senior leaders and new executives, ensuring seamless integration into the organization's culture and leadership team.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to design bespoke executive onboarding programs that align with both individual and organizational goals.
Performance and Leadership Development:
- Design and oversee a performance management system that aligns individual goals with the organization’s strategic objectives, driving a culture of accountability, innovation, and high performance.
- Implement leadership development programs tailored to cultivating a pipeline of future leaders, ensuring succession planning and executive coaching to strengthen leadership capabilities.
Employee Engagement and Organizational Culture:
- Lead initiatives that drive a compelling, inclusive, and results-driven organizational culture, focusing on high employee engagement, organizational cohesion, and retention.
- Partner with senior leadership to assess and continuously enhance employee experience strategies, ensuring alignment with company values and business goals.
Employee Relations and Conflict Resolution:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on complex employee relations matters, providing strategic guidance on resolving conflicts and fostering positive, productive relationships.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant employment laws, best practices, and corporate governance.
Compensation, Benefits, and Rewards:
- Oversee the development and administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they align with the organization’s strategic priorities and market trends.
- Use advanced HR analytics to assess compensation equity, drive innovative reward strategies, and attract and retain top talent.
HR Analytics and Strategic Reporting:
- Lead the use of data analytics to monitor human capital trends, evaluate the effectiveness of talent management strategies, and provide executive reports on key HR metrics.
- Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement in workforce management, productivity, and development.
Work Permit Process Management:
- Work Permit Application: Oversee and manage the full work permit application process for foreign employees, ensuring timely submission and compliance with immigration regulations.
- Onboarding Arrangements: Coordinate the onboarding of foreign employees by facilitating all administrative processes related to their work permits, including document submission, visa processing, and liaising with relevant authorities.
- Dormitory Arrangements: Ensure accommodation arrangements are made for employees, including dormitory check-ins and check-outs. Collaborate with the facilities team to ensure appropriate living conditions and compliance with company policies.
- Work Permit Renewal and Compliance: Manage work permit renewals, ensuring employees stay compliant with local immigration laws. Track expiry dates and ensure all required documents are submitted for renewals.
- Exit Process: Oversee the exit process for foreign employees, ensuring smooth departure procedures, including the cancellation of work permits and dormitory check-out.
Employee Records and Administrative Support:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee the general office tasks, including filing, office supplies management, and handling communication and correspondence.
- Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements, and employee events to support HR and executive leadership activities.
General Office and Document Management:
- Ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day administrative tasks, including managing HR systems, preparing reports, and overseeing document management (physical and digital).
- Provide support in organizing internal communications, training materials, and other HR-related documentation.
General Administrative and Clerical Support:
- Perform clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, and managing office mail. Provide administrative support to HR leadership and other departments as needed, helping with various ad-hoc tasks to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications and Skills:
- Diploma/ITE in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field; preferred.
- At least 2 years working experience in r human resources leadership roles, with a strong background in talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, and organizational strategy.
- Deep expertise in labor laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices, especially at the executive level.
- Proven ability to drive strategic change and build scalable, high-performance teams.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strong ability to think strategically, address complex challenges, and execute innovative solutions.
- Proficiency in INFOTECH will be an added advantage.
