PANDA Snacks is on a mission to bring delightful, healthy, and exciting snacks to the world — and we’re looking for a passionate Product Manager to help shape our product pipeline from concept to launch.

What You’ll Do

• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle : from market research and taste testing to launch planning and post-sales performance tracking.
• Own category planning : select winning products that balance flavor, health, and market appeal.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams : R&D, supply chain, marketing, and regulatory to bring each product to life.
• Drive data-informed decisions : analyze trends, optimize product mix, and manage cost structures and margins.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in FMCG, snacks, or food product development.
• Strong sense of consumer insight, trend spotting, and packaging aesthetics .
• Skilled in project management , cost control, and cross-functional coordination.
• Bonus if you have:
  Proven record of launching best-sellers
  E-commerce platform know-how
  Supply chain or vendor resource network
