RETAIL ASSISTANT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in daily operations
Lead, train, and motivate the sales team
Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction
Manage inventory and visual merchandising
Achieve sales targets and support promotional activities
Maintain store standards and compliance with company policies

Previous experience in retail or sales (supervisory experience preferred)
Strong leadership and communication skills
