Business Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the launch of Loans product solutions, demonstrating value in relation to the broader end-to-end solutions delivered
• Resolve financial product performance issues and financial risk management activities to ensure desired outcomes are achieved
• Processing of loans applications
• Conduct and maintain credit check records
• Maintain loan application folders
• Implement enhanced business processes and workflows and assist in developing business process re-engineering plans
• Provide loans products related training
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by supervisor

Requirement

• Degree in relevant discipline from a recognized university.
• Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in the banking industry.
• Possess strong business acumen and experience in dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
• Acute awareness of loan market trends.
• Excellent written, communication, and presentation skills.
• Robust financial analysis and modelling skills with intermediate proficiency in MS Excel and MS Power point.
• Good communication and organization skills, with the ability to interact with senior stakeholders in Taiwan.
