Reason for Reporting Structure : Direct reporting to the Dean of Faculty of Management & Technology or Chief Academic Officer ensures proper academic oversight of business and entrepreneurship instruction, maintains quality standards required by our institutional objectives, and provides strategic alignment with the college's management and technology program goals.

Role Overview:

1. Championing Business Excellence with Core Values:

  • Lead the Faculty of Management & Technology programs, integrating CCAMT's values of lifelong learning, social responsibility, and innovation into the curriculum.
  • Foster a learning environment that values cultural competencies and interdisciplinary creativity, enabling business professionals to grow and adapt in a dynamic commercial landscape.

2. Curriculum Development and Business Innovation:

  • Oversee curriculum that offers a blend of foundational and advanced modules, ensuring relevance to global business trends and alignment with CCAMT's learning framework.
  • Encourage innovative teaching and learning strategies that support diverse student needs and professional outreach in business contexts.

3. Faculty Engagement and Professional Development:

  • Lead a team of business educators and industry professionals, advocating for approaches that embody CCAMT's commitment to lifelong learning and collaborative practices.

Program Leadership:

The Program Coordinator is expected to provide academic leadership and teaching expertise across the Management & Technology curriculum. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated expertise to teach 2-3 modules per semester (equivalent to 8 hours weekly teaching load) in the following areas:


BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION PROGRAM (Diploma and Advanced Diploma Levels)

DIGITAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP AND eCOMMERCE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM (Diploma and Advanced Diploma Levels)

  • Strategically develop the Business Administration and Digital Entrepreneurship programs, aligning with the evolving needs of the business sector and CCAMT's educational standards.

3. Fostering Student Success in Business:

  • Oversee initiatives preparing students for success in advanced business roles and entrepreneurial ventures, emphasizing accountability and cultural intelligence.

4. Promoting Collaborative and Inclusive Business Education:

  • Encourage teaching methods that cater to diverse learning styles and professional backgrounds, fostering an inclusive and supportive business educational environment.

Required Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

  • Master's degree or higher in Business Administration, Management, Entrepreneurship, Digital Commerce, or a related field, with a strong grasp of business theories and practices.

2. Professional Experience:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in business management, entrepreneurship, or academic leadership in business education, with a robust connection to contemporary business practices.

3. Teaching and Curriculum Development:

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in teaching at higher education level, with at least 1 year at the diploma/advanced diploma level
  • Experience in developing business curriculum, with specific expertise in at least two program areas including business fundamentals, financial management, marketing, entrepreneurship, or digital commerce.

4. Module Teaching Competency:

  • Demonstrated expertise and ability to teach 2-3 modules per semester across Business Administration and Digital Entrepreneurship programs
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in higher education instruction, particularly in business management, marketing, finance, or entrepreneurship

5. Leadership and Team Management:

  • Minimum 2 years of demonstrated ability to lead diverse teams in an academic or business environment, fostering creativity, innovation, and professional growth.
