Job Description & Requirements


Responsibilities

  • To assist Deputy Administration Manager in the execution of duties
  • To handle leave application and Medical Certificate submission and keep a record
  • To conduct advertising, interviews and recruitment in accordance with the human resource needs of the company
  • To calculate the payroll, bonuses, overtime hours, and other HR related expense, and coordinate with Accounts to make on-time payments to staff. To ensure that an external and internal training log is kept and all requisite training is carried out according to the company's requirements.
  • To handle all welfare (adequate working conditions, food, transport) matters that arise in the company
  • To assist in keeping discipline amongst staff in their daily attendance / punctuality etc.
  • Monitoring and maintaining office equipment and inventory supplies; order replacement supplies as needed.
  • To assist Administration department in updating, creating, and maintaining records and databases.
  • Supporting department managers, staff, and CEO with their manpower requirements and assist in redeploying manpower as per required


  • To prepare, obtain approval and pay out Cash Payments, Petty claims and miscellaneous claims when necessary.
  • To perform cash purchase daily reconciliation
  • To match suppliers’ delivery order and invoice with our purchase order and goods receive and make payment in good time
  • Perform others duties as assigned by Accounts/HR manager


Requirements

  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Bookkeeping experience preferred
  • 5.5-day work week
