SUPERVISOR AND GENERAL FOREMAN

Job Title: Supervisor / General Foreman (Electrical)

To oversee and coordinate electrical installation, maintenance, and repair projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and in compliance with technical standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise day-to-day electrical operations on-site, including installation, testing, and commissioning.
• Team Management: Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance to electricians, technicians, and subcontractors.
• Technical Review: Interpret and review electrical drawings, blueprints, and specifications; resolve technical issues on-site.
• Quality Control: Ensure all work meets quality standards and complies with safety regulations and company policies.
• Scheduling: Plan and coordinate work schedules, equipment usage, and manpower allocation.
• Safety Compliance: Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and enforce health and safety protocols.
• Material Management: Order, receive, and distribute materials and tools; track inventory and usage.
• Reporting: Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and incident records; communicate updates to project managers.
• May involve working at heights or in confined spaces
• Requires use of PPE and adherence to strict safety protocols
• May need to work on weekends/PH
