Construction Safety Officer

JOB SCOPE

1. Ensure all façade works comply with local safety regulations (e.g., WSH Act, BCA/SCDF requirements in Singapore).

2. Prepare and maintain project-specific safety documents.

3. Ensure subcontractor activities are aligned with the project’s Safety Management System (SMS).

4. Recommend improvements in work practices and safety measures.

5. Conduct internal audits to identify gaps in safety procedures.

6. Engage with workers to encourage a safety-first culture.

7. Prepare emergency response plans for façade works, including rescue from heights.

8. Coordinate closely with Main Contractor’s Safety Team and project manager.

9. Be able to handle Incident/accident reports and investigations.

Experiance : 10 years and above

Education : Related Safety Officer Certication

Language : Fluent with English
