Project Engineer

This role is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects. This role involves coordinating activities on-site, managing communication among stakeholders, and ensuring that all project tasks are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.

• Assist in the development of project plans and schedules.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with project timelines.
• Monitor project progress and report on any deviations from the schedule.
• Act as a liaison between the construction site and the project management team.
• Manage daily on-site operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, permits, and inspection records.
• Track and document changes in project scope and schedule.
• Facilitate communication between the project team, subcontractors, and clients.
• Prepare and submit all necessary documents for maincon/RTO inspection.

Requirement:

• At least 1 year experience working in project coordination or management.
• Have basic knowledge on ELV or security-related systems.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm. Saturday: 8am to 12pm.
• 1 year contract role
