Earth Control Measure Officer and Environmental Control Officer (ECO)

Responsible for the implementation and monitoring of Environmental Management System of work site
Conduct regular site inspections and follow-up actions to ensure environment compliance
Advise General Manager/ Project Manager on site environmental issues and solutions
Report and recommend on remedial measures on environmental issues
Prepare and submit a Site Environmental Control Programme to GM/ PM
Organise campaigns, training courses and other activities to develop and sustain the interest of staff and workers in maintaining good environmental health standards in the construction site
Submit monthly report to Management/Client

Requirements

Posses “Certificate of Competency (CoC) in Earth Control Measures (ECM) for Construction site Personnel”
Registered Environmental Control Officer (ECO);
At least 5 years of relevant experience;
Strong knowledge of all relevant environmental policies, legislations and guidelines;
Independent, with strong discipline and accountability.
