Therapy Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Therapy Assistant to support our team of physiotherapists and/or occupational therapists in delivering quality patient care. The ideal candidate will assist in therapy sessions, manage equipment setup, and provide administrative and logistical support in a clinical setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist therapists during patient treatment sessions (e.g., preparing equipment, guiding exercises).
• Monitor and encourage patients to perform prescribed exercises safely.
• Set up and clean therapy areas and equipment before and after use.
• Support administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients.
• Escort patients to and from therapy areas, where necessary.
• Follow safety, infection control, and confidentiality protocols at all times.
