As part of our continued digital growth, we're looking for a talented and self-motivated Web Developer to join our in-house team to support and enhance our website and internal systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress with a strong focus on user experience and SEO.
• Implement and customise WordPress themes and plugins to suit business requirements.
• Develop custom features and functionality using PHP, JavaScript, HTML, CSS.
• Ensure website responsiveness, performance, and cross-browser compatibility.
• Manage web hosting environments, domain configurations, and SSL certificates.
• Work closely with the marketing team to implement landing pages, campaign microsites, and web analytics tracking.
• Perform regular website backups, security updates, and troubleshoot issues.
• Provide technical support for website-related issues and digital platforms.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, web development trends, and WordPress/PHP enhancements.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Web Development, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in website development, with a strong portfolio of WordPress projects.
• Proficient in PHP (especially within the WordPress framework), MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.
• Hands-on experience in WordPress theme/plugin development and customisation.
• Familiar with version control systems (e.g. Git), cPanel, and DNS/domain configurations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a small team.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, Core Web Vitals, and web accessibility is a plus.
