Varel, A Tribute Portfolio Hotel , is set to open in Singapore @ Q1/2026, and we’re inviting a passionate and driven Guest Services Supervisor to help shape exceptional guest experiences.

About the Role:

As a Guest Services Supervisor , you’ll be responsible for leading the front office team, ensuring top-tier hospitality, handling guest inquiries, and maintaining operational excellence. You will play a key role in delivering seamless service and upholding the hotel’s brand standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in front office operations within a 4-5 star hotel.
• Knowledge of hotel systems (Opera, Simphony) .
• Pre-opening hotel experience (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Excellent customer service skills – confident in handling VIP guests & resolving guest concerns professionally.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s tourism industry and ability to provide recommendations.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Pleasant, outgoing personality with great teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
