A day in the life of an E-Business Manager
- Strategic Planning & Business Growth - Identify, develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy to drive sales, market share, and profitability.
- Platform & Marketplace Management - Oversee end to end operations across e-commerce platforms
- Digital Marketing & Customer Acquisition - Drive traffic and conversions through SEO, email marketing, and affiliate programs.
- Customer Experience & Retention - Enhance UX/UI of the e-commerce website/app for better engagement.
- Supply Chain & Operations - Coordinate with logistics and SC to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Data Analytics & Reporting - Generate reports on sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign effectiveness.
- Team Leadership & Collaboration - Lead cross-functional teams (marketing, SCM, Finance, CDT) and mentor team members
- Channel/ Customer Insight
- Category product Knowledge
- Analytical mindset and aptitude
- Financial statement understanding
- Merchandising Guidelines
- Customer ranging & assortment objectives
- Communication & Presentation SkillsTraining : CMBP, FMBP, Foundation of Strategic Category Marketing, TTS Strategy
- Degree/ MBA Holder
- 4+ year’s business managerial experience within sales, marketing, trade marketing or commercial functions
