Job Summary
Traverse International Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Admin Executive to support both HR and Accounts administrative functions. The ideal candidate will also have experience in purchasing and be able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Administrative Support
Maintain and update employee records, leave records, and attendance tracking
Assist in recruitment processes (scheduling interviews, preparing documents)
Prepare employment letters, contracts, and onboarding/offboarding documentation
Ensure timely submission of work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations
Accounts Administrative Support
Handle daily accounts data entry and basic bookkeeping
Assist with invoice processing, payment tracking, and petty cash management
Maintain proper filing of accounting documents and records
Support month-end closing procedures and coordination with external accountant
Purchasing Support
Source and liaise with suppliers for quotations and purchase orders
Coordinate deliveries and monitor purchase timelines
Maintain purchase records and vendor database
Ensure compliance with internal procurement procedures
Requirements
Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level
At least 3 years of relevant administrative experience
Prior experience in HR, basic accounts, and purchasing is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good communication and organizational skills
Able to work independently and multitask
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Saturday: 8:30 AM – 12:30 PM
