Requirements:
- CEI (Basic) certification is compulsory.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently and in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend to sales enquiries and provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers.
- Conduct interviews with domestic helpers and compile their biodata accurately.
- Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers (in-person or virtual).
- Match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles and recommend the best-fit candidates.
- Manage end-to-end sales closure process, including follow-ups and documentation.
- Prepare and process deployment documents.
- Perform all Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, including application, issuance, cancellation, and update.
- Coordinate MOM-related appointments (e.g., thumbprint, card collection).
- Provide after-sales support such as mediation between employer and helper when needed.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word (proficiency is an advantage).
- Comfortable with indoor sales and client servicing.
