Requirements:

  • CEI (Basic) certification is compulsory.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong administrative and coordination abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
  • Self-driven, professional, and able to work independently and in a team.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend to sales enquiries and provide professional consultation to walk-in and online customers.
  • Conduct interviews with domestic helpers and compile their biodata accurately.
  • Arrange and conduct interviews between employers and helpers (in-person or virtual).
  • Match employer requirements with suitable helper profiles and recommend the best-fit candidates.
  • Manage end-to-end sales closure process, including follow-ups and documentation.
  • Prepare and process deployment documents.
  • Perform all Work Permit transactions via MOM WP Online, including application, issuance, cancellation, and update.
  • Coordinate MOM-related appointments (e.g., thumbprint, card collection).
  • Provide after-sales support such as mediation between employer and helper when needed.
  • Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel and Word (proficiency is an advantage).
  • Comfortable with indoor sales and client servicing.
