What you will be doing

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. As an Operations Executive, you will be responsible for all operational aspects of our telemedicine services. Candidates with proven relevant experience may be considered for a more senior position.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will:

• Monitor and manage patient demand to ensure optimal user experience
• Provide live operational support to both internal and external stakeholders
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues relating to our services
• Manage locum doctor network, including telemedicine protocol enforcement, manpower rostering, and payment processing
• Ad hoc operational tasks as required
