Position Title:
PR & Business Development Executive/Assistant.
Our objective is to identify and close strategic deals across multiple industries, from investment opportunities to concierge solutions and public positioning, always with an elegant and discreet approach.
Role Objectives :
The chosen candidate will be the key external-facing figure of the company alongside the founder, managing high-value relationships, identifying strategic opportunities, and opening doors in key circles across Singapore and the region.
This is not a corporate environment; it is an agile, visionary and purpose-driven setup. The candidate must be emotionally intelligent, elegant, fast-thinking and comfortable dealing with high-profile individuals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Strategic PR & Representation
- Represent the company and its founder in business meetings, networking events, forums and private circles.
- Draft and present sophisticated company materials (pitch decks, invitations, profiles, institutional presentations).
- Create a communication tone aligned with the brand’s prestige and vision.
2. Public Relations & Influence Mapping
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, media platforms, public figures and local authorities.
- Maintain a calendar of strategic events and support the planning of curated high-level gatherings.
- Position the company and the founder in relevant public and private conversations.
3. Business Development & Deal Sourcing
- Map, approach and follow up with potential clients and investors for multiple services: from PR & positioning to tech solutions and business advisory.
- Build a live pipeline of active opportunities and report on progress weekly.
- Customize value propositions and identify potential synergies across industries.
4. Strategic Intelligence & Deal Bank
- Build and maintain a database of relevant opportunities, key players and insider leads.
- Conduct discreet research and scouting across target markets.
- Prepare strategic memos with recommendations and next steps.
5. Executive Support (as needed)
- Assist the founder in managing key relationships, travel schedules, and exclusive contacts.
- Write elegant and emotionally intelligent communications.
- Ensure follow-up on strategic conversations.
Ideal Profile:
- 5+ years of experience in PR, international relations, business development or diplomatic fields.
- Strong network in Singapore or ability to open doors quickly in relevant circles.
- Sophisticated communication skills, both spoken and written.
- Natural elegance, strategic mindset, and emotional intelligence.
- Driven, loyal, discreet and ready to grow with a visionary business.
Languages:
- Fluent English is mandatory.
- Mandarin are a plus.
Location:
- Singapore-based
Type of Contract:
- Full-time (on-site or hybrid, flexible hours as long as output is met)
- Freelance / retainer may be considered if highly qualified.
Budget :
- To be discussed depending on seniority and profile - not exceeding 3000SGD
- The current budget only allows for one initial hire, so the candidate must be versatile and strategic.
