Restaurant Manager

Responsibilities:

• Manage restaurant daily operations.
• Overseeing food and beverages quality to ensure compliance with SFA's food safety standards.
• Supervision and training of restaurant employees.
• Maintaining of inventory, ordering of supplies, and managing of budgetary and financial aspects.
• Handle customer complaints, inquiries, and feedback professionally.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements:

• Preferred with at least 3 years of supervisory experience in F&B environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.
