Oleochemical Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for oleochemicals and sustainable solutions? We're seeking an experienced Oleochemical Manager to lead and optimize our production, R&D, and commercial strategies (Sales & Marketing – Regional & Global), within the Oleochemical division.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end oleochemical operations — from raw material sourcing (both internal & external) to product delivery and customer satisfaction.

• Drive process optimization, product development, and regulatory compliance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, Sales, Procurement, Operations, Sustainability) to meet business goals.

• Identify and develop new and existing customer accounts, including the formulation and execution of sales and business development strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Chemistry, or related field.

• 5+ years of experience in Oleochemicals, Surfactants, or related industry.

• Proven track record in managing production & logistics, strong networking with related industry customers.
