Our client is a respected name in the financial services sector, offering tailored advisory services to high-net-worth individuals across the region. As part of their expansion, they are looking for an experienced and driven professional to join their advisory team in Singapore, focusing on insurance and liquidity planning.


This position is ideal for someone who excels in cultivating deep, long-term relationships and providing solutions that create real value for clients. You will play a pivotal role in building new business channels while delivering professional advice with integrity and insight.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively engage with clients and partners to foster strong, sustainable referral relationships.
  • Build a balanced pipeline of new client introductions through ongoing business development.
  • Advise clients on insurance and liquidity planning, offering well-structured, compliant solutions.
  • Meet agreed annual revenue targets through high-quality advisory engagements.
  • Ensure timely submission of documentation and maintain full adherence to internal controls and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide regular reviews and servicing to existing policyholders to strengthen client retention.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in meetings, client servicing, and case preparation.

Requirements:
The successful candidate will be degree educated with a valid MAS licence. You should have 10+ years of experience in a sales or relationship management role, preferably within insurance, private banking, or wealth advisory. The role demands strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust and deliver tailored solutions to high-net-worth clients. You must be proactive, self-disciplined, and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines while maintaining high service standards. Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential to serve a regional client base.
