The Logistics Executive is responsible for supporting and coordinating the full spectrum of logistics operations—from procurement to final delivery. This role ensures the timely and cost-effective movement of materials and products while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and effective collaboration with both internal teams and external service providers
- Coordinate and oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including procurement, warehousing, and final product delivery
- Direct and follow up on all incoming materials and outgoing deliveries to ensure timely arrival at destination
- Negotiate and manage relationships with logistics service providers to ensure competitive rates and reliable services
- Work closely with supply chain partners to monitor progress and ensure smooth operations across all stages
- Implement and enhance logistics procedures and policies to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate and timely logistics reports for submission to the Head of Department
- Monitor inventory levels and update records to maintain accuracy in stock management
- Liaise with internal departments such as procurement, warehouse, and production to support operational needs
- Perform any ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or management
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related discipline
- Any relevant logistics work experience would be an advantage
- Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
- Computer literate, preferably with knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A team player who is meticulous and detail oriented
- Good communication and organizational skills
