Recruiter, Cloud Tech APAC (English, Thai)

Google will be prioritizing applicants who have a current right to work in Singapore, and do not require Google's sponsorship of a visa.
Minimum qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
- 1 year of experience in a recruiting or talent acquisition role, in a technology or cloud environment.
- Ability to communicate in English and Thai fluently to support client and candidate relationship management in this region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for technical roles.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, growth environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with various stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for technology and cloud computing.

Responsibilities
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Conduct full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing applicants.
- Provide timely updates and feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Utilize various recruiting tools and techniques to identify and engage passive applicants.
- Work with the team to develop robust and overall pipe-lining strategies that also consider engagement plans.
