Accounts & Admin Assistant

We are looking for a Accounts & Admin Assistant to support the finance and administrative functions of the company.The ideal candidate will assist with daily accounting tasks,manage documentation, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Accounting & Administrative Duties
Handle daily entry for accounts payable and receivable
Issue invoices and coordinate shipping arrangement with customers and forwarders
Printing of stickers labels for shipments
Handle office administrative tasks and incoming emails
Assist with month end closing and prepare basic financial reports
Maintain proper documentation and record keeping
Requirements
Minimum N level or O Level or Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
Proficient in MS Excel, Word and basic accounting software
Candidates with no experience can also apply
Meticulous, well organized, and able to work independently
Able to multi task and handle confidential information professionally
