We are seeking an enthusiastic and well-organized Office Administrator to manage front desk operations, admin functions and provide HR support.


Key Responsibilities:


Reception Duties

  • Welcome and assist clients, visitors and employees professionally.
  • Manage the reception area to ensure a neat and welcoming environment.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails and general inquiries.
  • Arrange courier, sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.

Administrative Duties

  • Maintain and organize office records, files, supplies, inventory etc
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings
  • Manage vendor relationships for office maintenance and supplies including procurement
  • Maintain upkeep of pantry area and replenishing pantry supplies.
  • Assist in performing daily/monthly reconcilliation and payments for corporate / membership cards.
  • Support day-to-day office operations and resolve administrative issues.

HR Support

  • Assist HR manager with HR-related tasks such as scheduling interviews and onboarding new employees.
  • Support HR documentation processes when required
  • Assist in organizing company events, team activities and employee engagement initiatives


Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in Business Admin, HR or a related field.
  • Prior experience in admin, reception or HR support roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion


Priority will be given to candidates who can start work immediately or at short notice.
