Job Description
The Admin Executive is responsible for providing effective and efficient office management and administrative support to the Nursing Department.
You will need to:
- Assist with streamlining new and existing workflows in the department by working with relevant stakeholders.
- Support department project management.
- Coordinate meetings and provide secretariat support.
- Manage calendar of the Director of Nursing.
- Maintain and upload in the Nursing Department SOPs into the share drive.
- Provide administrative support in data collation, entry, analysis and prepare presentation slide deck as required.
- Provide cross coverage for training administrative function.
- Monitor training resources utilisation and logistics.
- Prepare Training Logistics, booking of Training Room etc
- Monitor the budget allocated to the nursing department.
- Submit claims for expenses.
- Oversee the administrative process of coordinating the Main Inservice Education schedule for CPE submission to Singapore Nursing Board.
- Be involved in department events and activities planning.
- Assist in data for Nursing Quality Dashboard and improvement initiatives.
- Assist with any other duty as assigned.
Qualifications
You should have:
- Minimum Degree or equivalent.
- 3 years working experience, preferably in healthcare settings
- Proficient in MS Office Applications
It would be great if you have:
- Good analytical and organisation skills
- Excellent communication problem solving , presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work under tight timelines.
