As a Personal Assistant, you will be assigned to one of our esteemed clients to assist in their day to day operations. The following are prerequisites for the job:


  • Minimum diploma, A-level, or equivalent educational qualification
  • 1–3 years of proven experience in an administrative or personal/executive assistant capacity
  • Solid command of spoken and written English (additional languages a plus)
  • Proficiency with core productivity software—Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, calendar/email management, and basic spreadsheet skills
  • Strong organisational skills: able to juggle calendars, travel bookings, and task lists with close attention to detail
  • Discretion and trustworthiness when handling confidential information
  • Professional phone, email, and in-person etiquette when liaising with senior stakeholders
  • Eligibility to work in Singapore (or relevant location) and availability for occasional after-hours support when deadlines demand

Client satisfaction is of upmost importance. Clear communication with clients and your superiors is expected. Compliance and punctuality are also expected of you for day to day tasks.
