We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Medical Sales Representative to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our cutting-edge medical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies. Your goal will be to build strong relationships, drive sales growth, and expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field visits to healthcare facilities to promote medical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and hospital staff.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective product presentations and demonstrations.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and after-sales support.
• Attend medical conferences, exhibitions, and training sessions as required.
• Submit regular sales reports and feedback to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in medical/healthcare sales (preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
• Familiarity with medical terminology and industry regulations is a plus.
