Product Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research, requirements analysis, product planning, and design for secondary intelligent terminals in the power industry, specialized industrial software for power management, and related system solutions.

• Develop and manage product lifecycle strategies, including product launch, promotion, iterative updates, and phase-out.

• Work closely with the R&D team to ensure product functionality, performance, and quality align with market demands and the company’s strategic objectives.

• Monitor product performance in the market, gather user feedback, analyze data, and continuously optimize product features and user experience.

• Participate in pricing strategy development, monitor competitor activities, and propose product differentiation strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical fields.

• Familiarity with secondary power systems, power management software, or system integration in the energy sector.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.

• Excellent data analysis skills, with the ability to drive product decisions and improvements through data insights.
