Sales Manager

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for driving international sales of the company’s data center products and achieving assigned sales targets.

• Identify and develop new customers while maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Formulate sales strategies and plans, analyze market trends, and set sales forecasts and performance goals.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient sales operations and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

• Gather market intelligence and monitor competitor activities to provide insights and feedback for product and marketing strategy improvements.

• Represent the company at international exhibitions and industry conferences to increase brand visibility and product awareness.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Electrical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, or related technical fields.

• Proven ability in market development and customer relationship management.

• Strong team spirit with excellent cross-cultural communication skills.

• Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to manage customer relationships effectively.
