Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and operate core business systems to ensure 99.9%+ availability.
• Manage deployments, config changes, monitoring, capacity planning, and incident response.
• Optimise backend architecture for high availability and performance.
• Develop disaster recovery plans and SOPs; lead major issue troubleshooting and post-mortems.
• Collaborate with dev teams to implement reliability best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in SRE/DevOps roles.
• Proficient in Python, Shell, or Go; hands-on development experience.
• Familiar with Kubernetes, observability tools, and microservices architecture.
• Experience with MySQL, Redis, Kafka, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of AWS/Azure/GCP and strong troubleshooting and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in both Chinese and English.
