  • Provide administrative support to management and operation eams.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, work orders, and employee timesheets.
  • Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.
  • Create and update reports, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools.
  • Maintain filing systems, both digital and physical, for safety logs, quality reports, and compliance documents.
  • Support HR functions including onboarding, training coordination, and attendance tracking.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for order follow-up and deliveries.
  • Monitor and order office supplies to maintain optimal inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an industrial environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience in similar industry.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SAP, Oracle, Odoo or similar ERP systems.
  • Understanding of workflows and processes with SOP
  • Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental (WHSE) documentation and compliance tracking.
