HR Assistant (Part Time)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and issue staff ID cards for all staff.
  • Generate internal skillset certificates upon completion of training or assessments.
  • Prepare onboarding forms, checklists, and documentation for new employees.
  • Develop onboarding videos and assist in creating internal HR procedure guides and documentation.
  • Maintain, organize, and update employee personnel files to ensure completeness and compliance.
  • Coordinate training sessions, staff communications, and HR-related events.
  • Provide support for additional HR-related tasks and projects as assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills with a high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
  • Basic design/content creation skills using tools like PowerPoint, Canva, etc.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is a plus.
  • Familiarity with onboarding processes and HR documentation.
