Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Contracts Manager for the full tendering process, including planning, coordination, and timely submission.
  • Collaborate with department leads to ensure technical accuracy and consistency across submissions.
  • Prepare competitive pricing strategies and cost estimations; able to review or perform Pile or Load Tests when required and submit to Contracts Manager for final approval.
  • Ensure all submissions comply with financial guidelines, statutory regulations, and contractual obligations.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, partners, and subcontractors.
  • Participate in client debriefs to gather feedback and improve future submissions.
  • Ensure all tender submissions comply with company policies and regulatory requirements (LTA, BCA, JTC, etc.).
  • Oversee accurate compilation of all tender documents, including contracts, clarifications, and records.
  • Analyse past tender outcomes to identify patterns, lessons learned, and improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in tendering, bid management, and estimation within the construction, infrastructure, or geotechnical engineering sectors in Singapore.
  • Familiarity with local tendering processes, government procurement practices, and industry standards.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and relevant tender management software/tools.
