Preferred one with related working experience in the Beauty and Wellness services.

• Able to work well with others.

• Assist with HR related tasks.

• Assist with data management.

• Manage and maintain outlet operations, including online marketplaces and ecommerce.

• Handle online chats and messages

• Organise meetings.

• Control and manage inventories movement

• Set outlet standard operating procedures and key performance indicators.

• Handle and resolve customer issues and complaints

• Calculate monthly commission and verify outlet daily transactions.

• And any other administrative duties.

• Knowledgeable in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Form etc
