Project Sales Coordinator (AutoCAD / Admin / Mechanical Engineering)

• Working days: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 8am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle quotation and knowledgeable in purchase order, delivery order, sales order and invoicing
• Assists in preparation and submission of relevant report and documents for tender
• Attend to calls and enquiries, process customer order, planning, scheduling and liaise with customer for order delivery
• Conduct sites visit where require
• Support project department in documentation preparation, filing, recording and updating
• Support, provide administrative support and manage daily sales operation and sales team
• Vendor sourcing and procurement
• Stock monitoring and recording
• Monitor shipment of order
• ISO preparation & filing
• Collaborate with internal team to facilitate smooth process
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or equipvalent in related field
• Possess prior experience in AutoCAD of Mechanical Engineering would be an added advantage
